Battery Park City is fast becoming the green-residence mecca of New York, thanks to a slew of new eco-friendly developments, including The Visionaire. The building is scheduled for U.S. Green Building Council’s Platinum LEED Certification, the nations highest - making it not only the greenest luxury building in not only NYC, but the country. We had the chance to take a look at their model apartment, designed by Cheryl Eisen of the Interior Marketing Group with furniture by the Duval Group, and featuring artwork byBettina Werner “The Salt Queen.”
